I watched so many tutorials and failed so many times to tie it correctly. For a while I stuck to the tie knot I already knew but today I wanted to try something different and thought that I'd give it a go (again). However after watching your tutorial I surprisingly managed to tie it properly on the first try. That say something. Thank you. 🙏

I prefer a bowtie to a necktie. I find the asymmetry of a self tie bowtie adds interest to my outfit.. The pretied bowties look a little too perfect. I recommend a tie made of thicker fabric generates the best result. Thinner fabric won't hold is shape as well. A tie that is a solid color on the back side also gives a tie a little extra pop.

Nice job! I like your simple presentation! I got into trouble timing in a mirror in a motel ten years ago. I ended up timing on my thigh. It was then fairly easy to master. So I'm going back to the drawing board and starting over by timing on my leg then transfer to my head. Thanks for this vidio which must be very difficult to teach. Many thanks!😅
